LS to LS swap... kinda! Old 5.3 steel block and stock ecu removed. Used LS2/mefi install with Solid State Relay assembly. Engine/trans where terribly mounted before (engine looked like it was falling out of the car! So I remounted trans to correct angle, then made new motor mounts. Trailing arm pivot where destroyed, so away they went and new tabs made. Radiator was originally a cross flow, so converted it to -16AN double pass and installed new fans and sealed up the shroud. Other work involved wiring in front seat heaters, shifter replacement, new power steering pump, and upgraded the 1/16" aluminum skidplate to 1/4" aluminum. Ready to sling some sand!
